Everbox manufactures custom industrial shipping crates, special pallets, base frames and internal securing solutions. Each design is adapted to the product dimensions, weight, sensitivity and transport conditions.

Custom shipping crates, pallets and base frames
Custom construction is required when standard packaging does not fit the product. The dimensions, weight and handling method determine the crate structure and internal layout.
- Product-specific dimensions and load-bearing structure.
- Stable securing and practical handling to reduce the risk of damage.
- Design adapted to domestic and export transport.
- Ramp, opening lid or special internal layout on request.
Special pallets and base frames
For oversized products or products requiring non-standard support, we manufacture custom pallets and base frames. When designing the load-bearing base, we consider support points, securing options and forklift handling together.
Support points, fork openings and handling directions are adapted to the specific product and loading task.

Internal securing and protection
In addition to the outer crate, internal support and securing determine how the product withstands transport loads. For machinery, instruments and sensitive components, we design the solution around geometry, weight and securing points.
- Bracing and internal securing to reduce movement.

Export packaging
Road, sea and air transport involve different handling and environmental stresses. Export packaging is designed around the route, the product and the requirements of the specific shipment.

Transport mode, route, transfers and environmental conditions, including material-handling and forklift requirements.
Product and securing
Dimensions, weight, centre of gravity and securing points, including the load-bearing base, bracing and internal protection.
Export requirements
For export shipments, where required, wood treated and marked in accordance with ISPM 15 / IPPC can be used.

Painting, colouring, staining, lacquering and oiling, with primers and protective coatings adapted to the intended use.
For consultation, we need the material, dimensions, quantity and desired colour or finish. A photo or technical drawing helps preparation.
