When standard packaging solutions are no longer sufficient due to a product’s size, weight or value, a custom solution is required. Our aim is not simply to enclose the product, but to provide reliable protection, including during international transport. We design our products to ensure effective protection throughout the entire logistics process.

Internal protection
he purpose of a shipping crate is not only to protect the product from the outside. In many cases, internal securing and support are at least as important, as movement, vibration or impact during transport can cause serious damage.
We always tailor the internal protection to the shape, weight, sensitivity and fixing points of the product being packed. Depending on the requirements, we apply foam lining, support elements, vibration-damping solutions or custom internal configurations to ensure that the product remains stable throughout the entire transport process.
This is particularly important in the case of instruments, machinery, sensitive components or high-value industrial products, where in addition to the external crate, internal support also plays a key role in ensuring damage-free arrival.

Export packaging
In international transport, packaging must not only protect the product, but also be suited to the method of transport, loading conditions and export requirements. The purpose of export packaging is to ensure that the product remains safe during longer transport routes, multiple handling stages and varying environmental conditions.
When designing export crates, we take into account the product’s size, weight, centre of gravity, fixing options and method of transport. If required, we can provide packaging solutions suitable for road, sea or air transport.
For export shipments we use heat-treated and marked wood materials in compliance with ISPM 15 requirements.
Our company holds FSC® CoC certification (BV-COC-227228), which is an increasingly important requirement in international markets.

The purpose of surface treatment may be to protect the wood, extend its service life, improve cleanability or enhance its aesthetic appearance.
We undertake the treatment of both one-off items and series-produced wooden components in accordance with previously agreed technical and quality requirements.
Depending on your needs, the following solutions are available:
- painting and colouring,

- lacquering,
- oiling,
- priming and the application of protective coatings,
- custom colours and surface finishes,
- surface treatment of one-off and series-produced components.
To select the appropriate technology, please provide the material, dimensions and quantity of the component, the required colour or finish, and, where possible, a photo or technical drawing.
Accessories
For shipping crates and industrial packaging, we can also manufacture a range of accessory solutions on request to facilitate loading, improve handling and increase product safety during transport.
These accessories may include ramps, hinged sides, internal supports, lifting or forklift-handling features, vibration-damping feet, foam lining or custom branding. In addition, we also manufacture custom extra-large pallets, pallet collars, frames and other wooden packaging components tailored to the dimensions and handling requirements of the product.
